The new Kia Sorento – debuts at Paris 2014
The 2015 Kia Sorento is being rolled out a bit at a time as Kia try to garner as many column inches for their new SUV as possible. But now, with a debut at the Paris Motor Show in just over a month, Kia have been more forthcoming with detail and photos.
The maker of Subaru-brand cars has tapped a marketing and sales specialist to be the company's new president and lead global automotive operations in the post-quake era. Yasuyuki Yoshinaga, 57, is currently an executive vice president at Subaru's parent company, Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd. He takes the title of president and COO, pending approval at the company's annual shareholders' meeting on June 24, Fuji Heavy said May 10.
The Lexus LFA says goodbye in a tribute video
The very last Lexus LFA was produced in December 2012, and the last LFA destined for Europe in March 2013, so now, with the LFA consigned to the annuls of Toyota’s car history, Lexus has decided they should pay tribute to their very special supercar. It took a decade to get the LFA from initial concept to production, and much changed in that time. But the end result was worth the wait, even if the price tag – north of £300k – made the LFA a car only for the properly wealthy petrolheads.
